II. Communication: Business inquiries and email addresses are never shared with third-party vendors without explicit consent for service quotation.

Service Terms & Agreements

1. Retainer Policy: A non-refundable 25% retainer is required to secure event dates. This ensures resource allocation for planning and venue scouting.

2. Vendor Relations: AJ Event Management acts as an agent for the client. While we source the best vendors, third-party performance is governed by their respective service contracts.

3. Cancellation: Cancellations made within 15 days of the event are subject to full contract value payment to cover committed overheads and vendor liabilities.
